The Job
  • Act as Zoom’s service line subject matter expert and thought-leader on competition, emerging trends and disruptive specialty care models.
  • Partner with the Merchandising  and field teams to understand business opportunities, barriers and (latent) user needs and bring back learnings and opportunities to Basecamp.  
  • Work closely with Product, Clinical, Retail, and Field teams to define and build out Zoom service/product line offerings and footprint in the markets we serve.  This includes analysis of current performance, understanding of customer market demand and competition, and development of opportunity matrices and implementation of new or revised offerings.
  • Oversee cross-functional project teams to ensure that Service Line Optimization (SLO) strategies and services/products are properly rolled out ‘in the field.’ 
  • As appropriate, play a leadership role in identifying and executing desired partnerships to support service/product line enhancement (for example, specialist provider referral partnerships, or product/service linkage with digital therapeutics providers).
  • Develop and refine Sales & Marketing strategies to support service line revenue growth, in partnership with the Senior Manager, Marketing and the Chief Growth Officer. This includes preparing sales plans, forecasts and budgets based on historical data, corporate goals and strategies, market demand, and channel mix.
  • Work with Marketing & Growth to help execute sales strategies at a tactical level. This may include but won’t be limited to execution of sales activities targeted at employers and brokers.
  • As needed, represent Zoom in the field, at conferences and in other sales-related venues. 
  • Monitor, drive and socialize service line revenue performance (at line, clinic and zone levels) on a regular basis.  This includes running Zone Optimization Meetings, defining daily/weekly/monthly clinic and Specialty reporting and presenting to senior leadership and Zoom teams on a regular basis.

  • 10+ years of experience in revenue strategy formulation plus marketing and/or sales execution
  • Extensive leadership experience 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • A Master’s degree in Business or Marketing Administration or a related field highly desirable
