You role and responsibility will include:
- SEO and drive strategic and technical enhancements to drive organic traffic growth.
- Liaise with CRM and email marketing teams to optimise customer experience for members, and drive acquisition.
- Manage all affiliate publishers to optimise revenue and traffic outcomes.
- Social Media Management
- Drive social media strategy
- Manage brand accounts on all social media platforms
- Grow social media engagement
- Proactive on-brand responses to questions and comments, and escalation to customer care for critical customer issues or complaints.
- Drive additional influencer content for social media.
- Reporting
- Create relevant dashboards for various business units
- Delivery of weekly & monthly reporting with actionable insights with a agile approach to improvement

Desired experinece
- Google Analytics IQ and Google Adwords certified
- Expert in Facebook business manager, including importing custom data sets
- Experience in dashboard reporting (Datarama, tableau or equivalent)
- Experience managing social media across Instagram & facebook
- Engages and excites internal & external teams to drive outcomes
- Advanced excel skills
