You role and responsibility will include:
- Develop granular level actionable insights from customer data to drive business decisions
- Analysis to support strategic projects
- Designing and performing complex data extraction, supplying high-accuracy and relevant data to customer insights
- Interact with stakeholders to implement and drive these initiatives
Desired experinece
- 3+ years’ experience in delivering business analytics to stakeholders is essential
- Experience with Salesforce, Oracle platform, Google Analytics and Adobe
- High level of experience in measuring and analysing digital marketing campaigns including: natural and paid search, email, affiliate, display and social
- Digital marketing and media tracking knowledge.
- Database extraction, processing and visualisation tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI; coding R or Python; implementing and managing of analytics tagging.
