Your goals:
Help the Zello sales organization achieve our monthly recurring revenue targets by qualifying inbound sales leads, passing large opportunities to outside sales and guiding customers down the path to purchase. Strong advancement potential.

What you’ll do:
  • Respond quickly to help people who have reached out to Zello with product questions, quickly get inbound prospects successful, on the phone when possible. 
  • Qualify prospects to assign larger ones to outside sales
  • Capture relevant information to improve our market understanding and enter into Zello's CRM with an eye to detail and improvement in data quality 
  • Partner with Marketing to support Zello outbound prospecting efforts
  • Evaluate Zello marketing content and propose improvements that better help our users

What you bring:
  • College degree required, technical / academically rigorous preferred
  • Desire to work in a fast paced, customer facing role with an eye to a career in either Sales, Client Success, Marketing or Product
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills, especially over the phone
  • Extrovert who’s engaging but polite, sincere and friendly
  • The ability to solve problems & to think quickly on your feet
  • An eye for detail
  • Intelligence, passion for business, empathy and humility
