The Data Integrity Associate is responsible to analyze, monitor and maintain the accuracy, integrity and quality of the contact, company, and opportunity records in the CRM database(s) for Zello. You will be expected to identify and remedy data integrity issues and errors by maintaining a systematic approach to keeping the records accurate and contribute to data enhancement projects. This position reports to the Director of Operations.
What you’ll do
Verify, quality check and key accurate and complete data into CRM application and process data-related requests from customer service, sales, and marketing teams
Manage ongoing data integrity and data hygiene tasks, including deduplication of contact and company records, checking for data gaps, and identifying incorrect or irrelevant data
Analyze data for integrity noncompliance based on business rules, user input and best practices. Identify and correct structural and semantic data errors.
Ensure that activities like calls or meetings are documented in the CRM properly
Communicate with the teams and their leadership to understand gaps in data and/or relationships between disparate data
Recommend process updates to improve data processing and accuracy
Manage bulk import, exports, and updates of data
Develop and maintain customized report types, reports, and dashboards
Assist in the management of custom fields, objects, workflow rules, record types, page layouts, and third-party products
Assist with the development and maintenance of documentation of system configuration, customization and functionality, and provide training to end users
Help cross-functional alignment between marketing, sales, and customer success by understanding their activities, metrics, and needs
Document processes, and manage the process of revising them when needed
