Your goals
Help the key revenue departments of the company accomplish their goals by ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes through the customer journey.
What you’ll do
- Ensure that leads, accounts, and activities like calls or meetings are documented in the CRM properly so we can learn from our data
- Help cross-functional alignment between marketing, sales, and customer success by staying on top of their activities, metrics, and needs
- Shepherd processes development to provide seamless experiences to customers, as well as Zello marketing, sales and CS team members
- Assist with technology selection, implementation, administration, and training of key stakeholders of the various technology platforms
- Document processes, and manage the process of revising them when needed
- Be a steward of our data so that our analysts can do their job without having to spend hours cleaning data
What you bring
- You've been in a marketing or sales ops role before
- You are familiar with the principles of data management and automation
- You know your way around offline (Excel) and online (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc) technologies
- Your thinking is structured, critical, and data-driven
- You are an effective and empathic communicator
Bonus points
- You have experience as a Salesforce admin
- You're comfortable writing SQL queries
- You've worked at a SaaS startup before
