As an IBA Manager at Zego you would be joining the InsurTech revolution and be part of the journey that will disrupt the space.
What you’ll be doing:
- Ownership of Insurance Debtors (AR)
- Chargebacks - providing proof documents
- Manage bad debt process
- Report on monthly outstanding amounts
- Escalate negative balances / unpaid to mgmt
- Insurer reporting
- Client money ownership
- Stripe receipts
- PCL receipts
- B2B ownership - specifically receipts
- Input insurer payments to bank for review
- Own IBA ledger & outputs inc.
- Liaison with Tech
- Constant review for process improvement
- Client money reporting
- Unallocated cash
- Investigate and query unallocated receipts
- Perform reconciliations
- Strong technical IBA experience
- Strong communication skills
- Good organisation skills
- Ability to prioritise
- Strong team ethic
- Able to build relationships with business
