1. Jr. US IT Recruiter (4 positions)
2. Sr. US IT Recruiter (2 positions)
3. Business Development Executive - Staffing (1 position)
4. Operations/HR Executive (1 position)
 
Location: Kukatpally, Hyderabad (behind Forum Mall)
Interview process: Interview process includes Telephonic and F2F meeting. 
Working Hours - 7.30 PM to 4.30 AM IST (7 AM – 4 PM US PST)
Compensation: Base Salary + Commission
 
 
1. Jr. US IT Recruiter
Responsibilities:
·       Identify and interview candidates to gain an understanding of their career goals
·       Qualify and present candidates for open searches
·       Coordinate and schedule interviews, prepare candidates for meetings, follow up after meetings
·       Research and gain understanding of current and potential clients
 
Freshers too are welcome:
•         As a fresher if you are willing to start your carrier as a US IT Recruiter, you are welcome to learn and work with us.
•         You will also be trained on US Culture, Work environment, Phone abdicates, US Time zones etc.
•         You will be trained by Sr. Recruiters on finding the candidates from Vendors, Job boards, LinkedIn, Google searches, Social networking and submitting them to the Recruiters.
 
Qualifications:
•         Min. 1 year of experience in US IT Recruitment is preferred.
•         Demonstrable experience influencing decisions and working well with people
•         Excellent communication skills required. Must be personable, proactive, competitive, curious, and self-motivated
•         Technology savvy
 
 
2. Sr. US IT Recruiter
Job Responsibilities:
As a Sr. US IT Recruiter your responsibility will include the following:
•         Candidate search
•         Vendor management
•         Account Management
•         Leading/Mentoring/Coaching Jr. Recruiters
 
Qualifications:
•         Ability to lead, mentor and coach a team of 4-5 freshers / Jr. Recruiters. 
•         Must have 3-4 years of US Staffing experience 
•         Must be confident over the phone
•         Successful candidate will have a proven track record of success
•         Excellent communication skills 
 
 
3. Business Development Executive
Job Responsibilities:
As a BDE your responsibility will include developing and growing a client base and new business opportunities. Other responsibilities include:
•         Coordinating Bench Sales
•         Developing more business within existing clients
•         Scheduling client meetings
•         Hiring new employees or H1 transfers.
 
Qualifications:
•         Ability to mentor and coach a team
•         Must have 3-5 years of US Staffing experience at BDE position and must be able to bring some clients.
•         Successful candidate will have a proven track record of success.
•         Excellent communication skills and a high sense of urgency.
•         Ability to effectively communicate and work with stakeholders to drive profitability and productivity throughout the organization.
 
 
4. Operations/HR Executive
Job Responsibilities:
As a HR/Operations Executive your responsibility will include:
•         Taking care of all administrative work at office premises.
•         Coordinating Training Program.
•         Taking care of employees issues.
•         All HR related activities.
 
Qualifications:
•         Must have 3-5 years of US Staffing experience at BDE/Recruiter/Admin position.
•         Excellent communication skills and a high sense of urgency.
•         Excellent organizational skills.
•         Ability to effectively communicate and work with stakeholders to drive profitability and productivity throughout the organization.
