VP of Retention / CRM

After closing our US Series A financing round we are looking to further scale. You have the chance to join the founding team early and become a crucial part of our success 
story.

As the VP of Retention / CRM, you will have the chance to work side by side to the founders and executive team. An opportunity unparalleled in this space.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Strategic growth and improvement of all CRM channels
  • Increase in monthly subscriptions and improvement of customer journey
  • Controlling and optimization of all relevant CRM KPIs (retention, cohorts, etc.)
  • Build up and optimizing email marketing campaigns / funnels
  • Responsible for paid CRM campaigns across channels

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
  • Previous experience (5-8 years) in CRM, e-commerce, subscription, email-marketing
  • Excellent analytical skills and a passion for numbers 
  • Good communication skills and very solution focused
  • Ready to do whatever it takes 
  • Fluent in English
  • Tapped into or passionate about health / wellness lifestyle
