As the Customer Experience Manager, you will have the chance to work side by side to the founders and executive team. An opportunity unparalleled in this space.
ABOUT THE JOB- YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage international customer service team (in-house and remote, 5-7 people)
- Improve customer experience and build scalable processes in Zendesk / Shopify
- Build out customer online / offline communities (social media management)
- Set up data collection processes and customer profiling
- Project hiring forecast for a growing company
- Maintaining existing partnerships and growing new ones
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Previous management experience (3-5 years) in customer service/experience and e-commerce (Zendesk, Shopify)
- You thrive on being a strong people manager
- Excellent analytical skills as well as creative problem solving skills
- Great communication skills and positive attitude
- Ready to do whatever it takes
- Fluent in English
- Passionate about plant-based lifestyle
