We are looking for a creative, analytical and self-driven Acquisition Marketing Manager to drive user growth. The ideal candidate has experience managing paid search and social channels, and has a growth mindset to continue challenging the status quo.
About this role:
- Manage and optimize key paid user acquisition channels, which could include but not limited to Facebook, Google Ads, ad networks and other channels in the future.
- Lead acquisition campaigns from end to end: defining audience, brainstorming creative ideas, setting up campaigns, optimizing conversions, tracking performance, sharing learning and insights, etc.
- Test, learn and iterate. Never be satisfied with how things are
- Help develop and refine KPIs and dashboards to drive meaningful impact
- Work closely with growth, product, engineering, MX and other teams across the organization
- Collaborate with in-house designer and/or creative agency to produce engaging creative assets
- Be accountable for achieving quarterly goals and driving sustainable growth
Experience and skills that will help you be awesome:
- Have 1-3 years of experience in a performance marketing role
- Have worked in an eCommerce environment
- Have a track record of managing paid search and social channels, like Google Ads and Facebook to drive user acquisition
- Are data driven and analytical. Excel proficiency is a must.
- Knowing SQL a plus
