We are a Labs division of a large international corporation in the industrial and extractive industry. We will be building products using highly emerging technologies.
As the Head of People, you will be part of a small passionate leadership team responsible for digital talent acquisition, development as well as cultivation of our values and culture.
We work with a recruiting model that relies on the wider team, with a small, central-ized recruiting team accountable to put in place and operate the model. The core recruiting team consists of a full time recruiting coordinator as well as a recruiting squad, made up by a select handful of people from our product teams (e.g., design-
ers, engineers) who dedicate 20% of their time to sponsor and assess candidates.
You will work closely with the rest of the leadership team.
You will provide all HR strategy, coaching and guidance on all people matters in the employee lifecycle. The responsibilities will most likely evolve as the digital unit grows, but your focus initially will be within three key areas: Talent strategy, Talent management, and Culture building. Our values are hugely important and we are looking for someone who believes in these combined with an appetite to continue to shape the priorities for the role with the leadership team.
