Yesware’s core purpose is to empower humans to create and develop valuable business relationships. Our sales engagement software acts as a co-pilot to help salespeople and business relationship managers create stronger, more genuine connections with prospects and customers.
The Business Development Representative is a critical member of the sales team and an initial step on the path to a sales career at Yesware. You will develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet monthly revenue goals. You will be responsible for generating new sales by reaching out to decision makers, with the goal of setting up appointments with our Account Executives. We are looking for a highly motivated, self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, the Business Development Representative will have a wide set of responsibilities. You will work closely with both Sales and Marketing leadership and are ultimately responsible for hitting net new pipeline creation targets through a series of demand-building activities.
- Lead generation/sales experience strongly preferred
- Solution-oriented mindset, constantly looking for ways to improve our process
