You are among the company’s key drivers, catalysts and superstars in helping Yellapro grow to a $50-million-a-year company, selling 80 products simultaneously and providing value to over 2 million happy customers worldwide. 

Here’s what you’ll do:
-    Provide excellent sales and customer service while managing multiple chat sessions simultaneously
-    Receive & respond to customer queries, provide solution in real-time
-    Have meaningful conversations with visiting customers and drive conversion
-    Provide product status updates when needed
-    Document issues and resolutions
-    Upsell where applicable and use product information and available resources to educate customers.
-    Strive to meet defined metrics for productivity, quality and customer service
-    Support the business in other customer service related tasks as at when needed.

Competencies and requirements:
-    High computer literacy with solid background in customer service
-    Excellent written and spoken communication skills
-    Proficiency with Microsoft office
-    Multitasking superstar
-    A proactive and engaging personality
-    Sales experience is a plus
-    Experience in E-commerce is highly desirable
