We are on the look-out for an assistant who will focus on fault tracking. The successful candidate will have a high attention to detail, be proficient in the use of excel and work closely with a member of our executive team.

A glimpse of what you will do: 


  • Logging, Tracking and reporting defects in products
  • Recording feedback from customers and following through with necessary updates
  • Processing replacement products where applicable
  • Effective supplier feedback process
  • Working closely with customer service and operations to resolve all reported faults
  • Maintain strong working relationships with relevant departments
  • Organize and schedule meetings as required
  • General operational support for senior executive 
 
 Must Haves:
 
  •  Keen attention to details with very high accuracy
  • Systematic and well organized with some product knowledge
  • Advanced computer skills; familiarity with inventory software, tracking systems, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent Oral and written English communication skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Passion for delivering excellence
