Office Manager

We are on the look-out for an office manager for our Shanghai office. The successful candidate will be able to manage people, learn and oversee lots of different areas. We need a strong communicator who is very organized and driven. You are a hands-on person who wants to get things done. As we are a start-up, you’ll find yourself in an environment of continuous improvement.

A glimpse of what you will do:
As an office manager you are the operational pivot within the organization and you are jointly responsible for the daily routine.
You make it possible for your colleagues to focus on their core tasks by perfectly arranging, preparing and coordinating things.
 
·    Agenda management, planning and progress monitoring
·    Time registration and invoicing
·    Processing and archiving of incoming and outgoing correspondence
·    Building and maintaining relationships with the larger team
·       Answer and redirect incoming phone calls to the general line and reply to incoming emails;
·    Track and redirect incoming post to the appropriate person;
·    Keep office supplies in stock and the office tidy;
·    Liaise with several office suppliers for general office purchases;
·    Assist in coordination of internal office events;
·    Support in providing the best on boarding experience for our new colleagues;
·    Assist the People Ops team in facilitating a happy and efficient working environment.
 
This is the right role for you if:
·    You have experience in an Office Management role, preferably in a start-up environment;
·    The Google Suite should hold no secrets for you;
·    You speak English fluently;
·    You have excellent communication skills;
·    You are well-organized, and you can easily adapt to change.
·    You are flexible, can switch quickly and like to work independently ... but you are also a team player.
