Research Assistant
Mission:
  • The ideal research assistant is passionate about consumer trends and can use analytical, systemized thinking to compile succinct reports for management’s review. These reports are essential to the growth of the company as they inform product opportunities, issues to be resolved and opportune trends to be explored.
Duties include
  • Ensure accuracy of reports presented and create systemized timelines to ensure data is updated as appropriate
  • Handling large volume of requests during time sensitive deadlines
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once 
  • Ensure timely communication is occurring and issues resolved as they arise
  • Manage deadlines to ensure all reporting is completed upon the agreed time 

  • Assists Director of Product Development with a variety of data collection reports (abstracting Amazon data, researching trends, taking notes, etc.)
  • Completing negative review analysis on current offerings and competitor offerings and ensure issues are reported to Director
  • Maintains collaborative team relationships with peers and colleagues in order to effectively contribute to the working group's achievement of goals, and to help foster a positive work environment
  • Attends meetings and performs other ad-hoc duties as assigned
