Xpress Natural Gas LLC is a rapidly growing company experiencing continued expansion with its trucked natural gas services. We are seeking an experienced, resourceful Recruiter to manage the recruiting function for our organization, including managerial positions, administrative and operations staff and CDL-A drivers. This role will also assist in a wide range of HR functions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sourcing the most qualified, talent candidates for XNG’s staffing needs
- Managing company job application channels, seeking out new talent, screening applicants, interviewing candidates, and hiring new employees
- Maintain a network of qualified candidates to fill positions
- Developing job descriptions and maintaining an index of all jobs for the organization
- Create recruitment initiatives, attend job fairs, and recruiting events to find qualified job candidates
- Promote XNG as an employer of choice in the community
- Ensure a smooth transition from applicant to a newly hired employee
- Assist the HR department with assorted HR functions, including employee relations, onboarding and other assigned duties.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in recruiting for a variety of positions, particularly in the transportation industry
- Previous HR experience and/or BA/BS in Human Resources or a related field highly preferable
- Strong Excel capability to create reports and analyze data
- Strong communication and collaborative skills
- Solid presentation ability to speak to small groups of applicants and employees
