Personal Assistant

Xenon Partners is looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to our Partners' working and personal lives and communication. 

Responsibilities Include: 
  • Schedule and manage Partners' calendars 
  • Organize and plan meetings
  • Organize travel and itineraries
  • Act as the liaison between partners and business contacts as needed
  • Various Ad hoc requests
  • Conduct or prepare any research that the partners may require

Qualifications Include:
  • Proficiency in Google Suite: Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Spreadsheet
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications 
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Comfortable working on a Mac
