Xplenty is rapidly growing and we need someone to take good care of our customers. You’ll be helping customers with their questions and challenges, enabling them to maximize the value they’re getting from using Xplenty. You’ll be in charge of supporting our sales team with successful trial engagements, as well as onboarding new customers and assisting them with their initial data integration deployments. You’ll be using online support platforms as well as offline platforms: chat, email and phone as required. If you get this job, it means that you have both great people skills as well as the ability to communicate clearly and respectfully, and also have the tech savviness required to provide professional support. It also means you have business acumen, helping drive adoption and increased usage of Xplenty amongst our customers.
Customer relationship matters to us the most, and as one of the most important elements in the company, communicating with customers and transferring feedback back to the product and management team of Xplenty, you’ll be manning a critical function in our growing company.
- Excellent communicator
- Experience with SQL, Python or C++
- Experience providing B2B customer support via online channels, preferably in a SaaS business
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience with data modeling, data integration and ETL
- Familiar with cloud-based data stores and object stores, such as Amazon Redshift, Amazon S3, Amazon RDS, Google BigQuery and more
