What we do is excellent for Indonesia’s economy but we won’t get anywhere without a thorough understanding of the legal framework. This role comes with substantial trust and responsibility and has a real and important impact. As the company’s Legal Counsel, you are expected to handle legal matters such as reviewing contracts, conduct research, drafting, legal due diligence in a wide array of regulatory framework including liaising with our outside counsel.
Mission
We're looking for a Legal Counsel to tackle the company’s legal commercial matters with customers, partners, and tackle anything all things Legal in Indonesia. As our company is growing exponentially, so is the legal team. At Xendit, everyone is given the responsibility and opportunity more than just being involved. We promise you, you won’t be just another bystander in a passive sense, not like how other conventional companies is treating legal in their organization. We encourage our people to plan, direct, execute and integrate themselves with Xendit’s fast paced and impactful work environment.
You will work independently and in a team across the entire company with minimum supervision, because we want you to be the “go to person” when it comes to things that are legal and what not. We promise you, you won’t be micromanaged! However, if you need more hands on supervision, all you need to do is ask!
We expect you to continuously upgrade yourself by learning not only Xendit’s fast paced environment, but also, keep yourself up to date with Indonesia’s every changing regulatory landscape.
