Merchant Onboarding Officer (KYC)

To be part of a high performing team who deliver onboarding operations within the deadline and regulation parameter. Ensuring Operations Team  to give the best customer onboarding experience with accuracy and speed while contributing to our organisation's growth. On your first day, you’ll be trusted to start working on our most pressing issues and working side by side to serve our customers.

  • Have experience in financial services, compliance or fintech preferred
  • Detailed oriented and comfortable on solving problems until its resolution
  • Fast learner and comfortable working under tight deadlines in fast changing environment
  • Able to prioritise urgency and important request to manage daily workload 
  • Team player and comfortable working cross functionality and engage with multiple stakeholders
  • Understand working within operation to deliver best customer experience 
  • Thrive on autonomy and have proven you can push towards a goal by yourself
  • Communicate well across teams and cultures
  • English proficiency
