General Factory Worker

WaterSaver Faucet Co. manufactures precision valves and faucets for science laboratories. Our sister company Guardian Equipment Inc. makes industrial safety products. We are a third-generation, family-owned company that has been in business for seventy years. Our products are used all over the world and we are the worldwide leader in our industry.

Our two factories are located just north of downtown Chicago, in the River West. The facilities are easy to get to from the Kennedy Expressway (I90) and by public transportation. We also have free parking in gated lots.

Positions Available:
Due to strong growth in our business, we need additional people for our factories, including:

Polishers: Use abrasive wheels to polish and buff metal components prior to finishing.
Assemblers: Build products in a production work cell with a team of associates.
Rackers: Rack and unrack parts for powder painting and chrome plating.
Testers: Following assembly, inspect and pressure test finished products for quality, function and appearance.

Forty hours per week plus overtime when our workload demands (overtime is paid at time and a half).


  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Able to read and understand English and do basic shop math.
  • Able to work on your feet for up to 8 hours a day in a fast paced environment.
  • Be mechanically inclined.
