    Our premium corporate sports league experiences are unlike anything else and include first-class facilities, a pro Team Coach, branded company jerseys, a website and app, photos and video. 
    Sports teams from some of the world’s best companies play with WFA including Google, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Walmart, Kaiser Permanente, Disney, Yahoo, Logitech and Apple! 
    The WFA Sales Representative is responsible for growing WFA’s revenues through end to end sales cycle management. This includes lead qualification, initial outreach, direct sales, proposal creation and upselling existing customers.

    • Generate sales revenue by successfully prospecting, qualifying and acquiring new customer clients to WFA 

    • Selectively grow revenues within existing customers by focusing on the biggest opportunities 

    • Generate you own leads through research, market understanding and customer analysis 

    • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, email, social media and all other appropriate methods 

    • Convert pre-qualified leads into sales by maximizing and prioritizing each opportunity 

    • Present, promote and sell WFA’s services using a customer-centric benefit-driven rationale (virtual and in-person) 

    • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships 

    • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule 

    • Manage assigned customer accounts, understand our customer's needs and provide solutions 

    • Prepare and submit proposals to customers upon consultation with management 

    • Pro-actively report on customer needs, pain points, competitive activities, and opportunities for new services 

    • Quickly and efficiently identify successful (and unsuccessful) sales tactics to develop sales best practice 



    • A real passion for sales. You must thrive on the challenge of understanding customers and selling 
    • 3-5 years' sales experience, ideally within a B2B environment 
    • Excellent track record of delivering sales revenue growth and exceeding targets set 
    • Extremely good prioritization and time management skills 
    • Strong ability to build both short term rapport and long-term relationships 
    • Strong focus on measurement and accountability in order to maximize efforts 
    • Organized and self-motivated, with exceptional attention to detail 
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills, including strong writing and presentation skills 
    • Flexibility to quickly adapt to evolving business need, highly creative and a determination to ‘make it happen’ 
    • Experience with key sales systems such as Salesforce and LinkedIn 


    • Start-up experience and/or a former college athlete 
    • $50,00-$60,000 base salary (OTE $85,000-$95,000), full benefits including healthcare, vision and dental (100% covered by the company), 3 weeks paid vacation, commuting and cell phone allowance 
    • This is a full-time position in a start-up environment based in WFA’s Oakland office
