Sales Development Representative (SaaS SDR)

We’re looking for a self-driven, strategic Sales Development Representative to help own qualifying and building our inbound sales pipeline. As an early member of the Sales team, you will have the opportunity to be a significant game changer by building scalable sales processes and driving the direct growth of Woopra’s customer base.

You will leverage your excellent communication skills and business acumen to quickly build relationships with leads that you qualify. You will partner closely with our CEO & Sales Manager to strategically identify opportunities and help engage them through our sales funnel.

What You’ll Do:
  • Prioritize, respond and qualify all inquiries regarding Woopra’s platform
  • Craft enticing messaging for prospects and customers over email, phone and live-chat by adding value during every customer touchpoint
  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase interest and excitement in Woopra
  • Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to develop strategies to increase conversion rates from lead-to-opportunity in order to achieve a monthly Sales Accepted Opportunity quota
  • Use a data driven approach to forecast and execute on a self-developed strategy to consistently achieve goals
  • Use Salesforce and metrics to ensure efficient lead management and record-keeping while building and maintaining data integrity

Experience / Skills Needed:
  • 1+ years of experience in a Sales or Account Management focused role at a SaaS company, ideally BI or Data Analytics
  • Experience qualifying customers needs and relaying necessary technical information
  • Proficiency with Salesforce ensuring efficient lead management and record-keeping while building and maintaining data integrity
  • Strong and creative writing skills to allow you to craft engaging content
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills that allow you to build strong relationships
  • Strong analytical, time-management, and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Experience in the customer analytics space is a plus
  • Bachelor degree (business or technical degree preferred) or equivalent SaaS sales experience
