Associate Project Manager

The Producer Team at Wondersauce is growing and we're always on the lookout for smart, organized and motivated people. Our Producer Team comes from a number of different backgrounds including Strategy, Account, Project Management, UX, Marketing, and Social Media...to name a few. Responsibilities 

  • Relationship Management: Work in a client-facing manner, ensuring external stakeholders buy-in
  • Strategy: Apply a layer of critical thinking to the work you’re doing and assist in compiling presentations
  • Production: Lead small-to-medium, multi-disciplinary teams toward the common goal of executing on-brief creative projects
  • Project Management: Keep a team organized and moving forward from point A to point B
  • Ability to earn the respect of both clients and internal teams through effective communication and a deep understanding of the needs from both sides
  • Able to manage many moving parts and complex workflows
  • A sharp eye for detail and highly-developed organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proactively communicating with clients on a daily basis in a professional, efficient manner 
  • Managing many moving parts and complex workflows including project timeline, process and results
  • Working closely with the Digital Producer and/or Executive Producer to define and create short and long-term product vision and key milestones
  • Working collaboratively across disciplines to drive the success of the product 
  • Compiling reports that communicate results and insights against key metrics for all projects and initiatives 
  • Proactively communicating with clients on a daily basis in a professional, efficient manner
  • Developing and maintaining a working-level understanding of assigned client’s industries, trends, products/services and strategic communication plans
  • Analyzing, preparing and organizing project materials including presentations, research, schedules and deliverables

Requirements
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • High level of organization
  • 1-3 years of experience in a product or marketing role. Candidate ideally has agency experience
  • A keen interest in understanding and facilitating the development of digital products and ideas
  • A multi-tasking and solutions oriented individual— who is able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines under stress
  • A self-starter who takes initiative 
  • The ideal candidate will be hungry and passionate - always looking to push success further and learn on the job
  • A sharp eye for detail and highly developed organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
