Project Owner

Role: Project Owner

As a Project Owner, you will be responsible for fully immersing yourself in our business, products, consumers and
competition while helping to manage multiple integrated campaigns.
This role demands demonstrated experience in creative development, tracking and reporting; coordination across numerous
departments, teaming partners and vendors; and creation and execution of integrated communication campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and drive the projects and be responsible for its effective execution
  • Ensures that all assets / materials reflect the value proposition, customer insights and brand attributes
  • Co-facilitates briefing of the creative team
  • Submits to the ICA Lead, Projects Head, Web Lead, and Creative Director, the contact report/minutes of the call with
  • Marketing Manager, containing the agreed creative/content strategy, concept, creative techniques and timeline for
  • every campaign
  • Ensures all deadlines agreed between the Marketing Managers and Stakeholders are met.
  • Communicates constantly with the units involved (Marketing Manager, Stakeholders, Creative Director, Web Lead) for
  • smooth work flow
  • Spearheads pitch to Marketing Managers and stakeholders during briefing calls and monitor progress of campaign
  • Escalates to the Projects Head major concern with the Marketing Manager and Stakeholder that affects the output
  • and campaign
  • Suggests to and advises the Marketing Manager and Stakeholders of what is best for their campaign in terms of
  • content and visuals, in coordination with Creative Director
  • Supervises and Manages third party vendors, ensuring these vendors deliver on time and to the highest quality
  • Manage the detailed delivery of a portfolio of projects to meet defined time, budget targets and quality standards
  • Proactively monitor project progress against key milestones
  • Monitor plans using appropriate software to ensure timely completion of projects

  • We are looking for:
  • Graduate/Post graduate with 7-10 years of experience in advertising, marketing and communications.
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience in Digital Marketing
  • In-depth understanding of the different functions and processes of advertising and campaign management
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Effective planning and organization skills
  • Ability to multi-task and set priorities
  • Basic knowledge or Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, interpersonal skills with attention to detail
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Self-motivated, flexibility, stamina and the ability to adapt
  • Drive to constantly innovate and improve processes
