We are currently seeking an Office Manager & Executive Assistant to help us keep things running smoothly! We are looking for a service-oriented, hyper-organized go-getter who is excited to join a fast-growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make sure our office is running as efficiently as possible. Order and manage office supplies and inventory, source, oversee and work with vendors as needed, own the office ambience.
- Welcome clients and guests in a friendly and professional manner. Assist in new employee onboarding.
- Help organize team events, offsite meetings and client meetings.
- Provide administrative support to the Managing Director, including proactively managing calendars, coordinating meetings and booking travel as needed.
- Create and send client invoices, working closely with account teams and the COO.
- Support in expense management.

- Professional, friendly and positive under pressure.
- Tactful and discreet when handling sensitive information.
- Self-motivated; always looking for ways to do things better.
- Comfortable using technology, particularly Microsoft Office. Experience with Quickbooks Online an asset.
