About This Role
We launch several companies each year and are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead data strategy, collection, and quality for several brands across the Wilbur Labs portfolio. You will work closely with company leads to understand data needs, set up manual and programmatic processes to ensure we meet high standards of data quality, and manage vendor teams to ensure consistent and high quality output.

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Lead data quality programs for several rapidly growing businesses end-to-end, from strategy to execution
  • Hire, train, manage, and supervise, and train a team of vendors through implementation of workflows and normalization of key business requirements, ensuring consistent and high quality output
  • Track vendor team progress and performance to meet outstanding data quality standards and scheduled deadlines
  • Review or research patterns in data, focusing on key details and taking action to improve data quality
  • Identify issues or inconsistencies in data and proactively question data quality
  • Provide forecasts and issue recommendations about vendor resource needs
  • Collaborate closely with our marketing, product & engineering teams to identify how we can improve our data entry tools and ongoing workflows

Minimum Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 4+ years of equivalent experience in project management 
  • 4+ years of equivalent experience in leading teams or vendor management
  • Excellent project management, problem solving, organizational, communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to navigate through ambiguity, manage and oversee multiple project assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, accepting ownership and accountability of the process and deliver on commitments
  • Experience with large scale data collection or augmentation projects
  • Strong experience working within Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Strong attention to detail and enthusiasm for data-driven business intelligence & marketing
  • Self-starter who will thrive in an ambiguous startup environment
  • Must be located in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area

Preferred Qualifications & Prior Experience: 
  • Experience with databases and SQL
  • Experience with search engine marketing
