CBD and Cannabis Head of Retail/Sales Manager

 
We’re looking for an expert in Retail sales. Your background and network will drive Choice, a high end cannabis, and Blush, female focused, brands into hundreds of stores throughout the west coast. While cannabis experience is not required, we are looking for someone to own the role. 

  • In this position, you’ll be working directly with team leaders to drive sales strategy, open up new markets, and expand our relationships within the cannabis industry. You’ll be on the front lines of driving our growth both online and in person at canna businesses throughout the west coast. This position requires an expert with a history of leading high performing sales teams. You’ll be representing high quality brands while also building and leading a sales team. 

Responsibilities
  • Develop sales processes and operations utilizing ERP systems
  • Create and maintain relationships with business owners and managers
  • Hire and lead a ground team of salespeople
  • Develop reporting metrics and KPI’s
  • Manage retail-partner acquisition strategy

Skills
  • Experience building and leading a sales team in a high-growth environment within food & beverage, cannabis, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical industries or related industries 
  • A hands on leader who is as comfortable with mom and pop business as large retailers. 
  • Excellent follow up and customer interactions. 
  • Established sales and business connections to owners and executives of licensed dispensaries
  • Extensive knowledge of cannabis products and culture
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate across teams to ensure the successful launch
