Responsibilities:
- Source, interview and onboard high-quality talent
- Work on the HR strategy in a fast-growing, rapidly changing environment
- Managing operational tasks and optimizing business operations
- Identifying and implementing feedback policies and procedures
Requirements:
- 3+ years working in HR and/or recruiting
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial people-person
- Passionate about technology and able to work with various tools / software
- Fluent English for writing and speaking
