HR Manager / Recruiter

As the first HR manager at a fast-growing travel startup, you are an entrepreneurial spirit who loves to find and retain great talent.
You enjoy doubling the number of employees in fast-growing startup in a short time. You also know how to keep a smooth-running organization in a fast-paced environment. You know how to structure an organization and how to envision a plan for what's to come. 

Responsibilities: 
  • Source, interview and onboard high-quality talent
  • Work on the HR strategy in a fast-growing, rapidly changing environment
  • Managing operational tasks and optimizing business operations
  • Identifying and implementing feedback policies and procedures

Requirements:
  • 3+ years working in HR and/or recruiting
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial people-person
  • Passionate about technology and able to work with various tools / software
  • Fluent English for writing and speaking
