Recruiting Coordinator

Landing.AI along with AI Fund and Deeplearning.AI is seeking a highly organized, efficient and energetic Contract Recruiting Coordinator to join us in Palo Alto. The role will support the Technical Recruiter and hiring managers with the objective of successfully coordinating high-volume and fast-paced interview activity. We have
experienced rapid growth over the past year and we are looking for someone to help us work cross-functionally to be the first impression of Landing.AI for all visitors that come through our doors. We are looking for someone eager and excited to grow their career
within talent recruiting.

Here’s what you will do:
 Act as point of contact for candidates; coordinate, schedule, and manage interviews as well as travel and accommodation arrangements when required. Making sure everyone is in the right place at the right time.
 Host candidates onsite and provide the best candidate experience possible
 Using our applicant tracking system and relevant recruiting processes to keep organized and help keep our busy team on track.
 Keep track of recruiting pipeline and generate weekly reports to reflect hiring process
 Representing Landing.AI: You will often be the first person a candidate meets when they come to our office. You must be able to represent our startup culture. Here’s the background we’d like you to have:
 Obsessed with candidate experience: we see our candidates as our guests, and we are their hosts. It is the Coordinator's job to ensure a smooth interview experience.
 Detail oriented, highly organized, and process oriented.
 An excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
 Able to take initiative and have the confidence to keep interviews running on time, persuade people to get their feedback in in a timely manner, and nudge the recruiters to get back to their candidates when necessary.
 1-2 years coordinator experience in a high volume environment
 Proficiency in MS Office/Google products

This is a full-time position based in Palo Alto, California. You must already have, or be able to obtain, authorization to work in the United States.
