Landing.AI, a new Artificial Intelligence company founded by Andrew Ng, will help enterprises transform for the age of AI, focusing initially on manufacturing industry. This is a chance for you to get in on the ground floor of an exciting AI company.
We’ve already been joined by some of the best minds, and are looking for a driven, motivated and talented technical recruiter with proven recruiting record to join us. In this role, you will partner with executives to understand company hiring roadmap and develop effective recruiting strategies to support company growth. You will play crucial role in the company, and will see firsthand how a top-notch AI startup is built.
Here’s what you will do:
● Partner with executives and hiring managers to understand company hiring roadmap and develop effective recruiting strategies to support company growth.
● Generate robust candidate pipeline for technical (and some non-technical) roles through disciplined, measured, and customized outreach strategies including: personal network, events, LinkedIn/Github/Quora, social media, blogs, research, and on-campus events where appropriate.
● Screen resumes and ascertain the competence of candidates against a job description
● Manage full life-cycle recruiting process, ensuring a superior candidate experience.
● Selection and implementation of applicant tracking system and industry-leading recruiting tools and software.
● Develop effective employment branding strategies for the company, including the creation of recruiting marketing collateral, job descriptions, and management of the company careers page.
● Build and implement an efficient, scalable recruiting process for the organization.
Here’s the background we’d like you to have:
● Have basic understanding on technology, technical roles and technical skills, especially AI related technologies
● Abilities to adapt and quickly learn new technologies
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Strong interpersonal skill and able to build, develop and maintain relationship with your candidates
● Familiarize candidates tracking system, e.g. Greenhouse, ClearCompany, BreezyHR
