About the team:
We’re looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join the CRM team in WebSummit.
At Web Summit we believe that the power of data and engineering can be applied to every facet of our events to make the attendee experience excellent, so whatever projects you work on you’ll work closely with our UX engineers, data scientists, event engineers and web developers across all our conferences: Web Summit in Lisbon, RISE in Hong Kong and Collision in Toronto.
What you’ll achieve at Web Summit:
- You’ll collaborate with each department gathering requirements and identifying sales process improvements on a daily basis.
- You'll work closely with our Salesforce Architect, supporting and facilitating real change within the org.
- You’ll break down complex projects into smaller problems and work with internal stakeholders to ensure that great products get delivered as a result.
- You’ll analyse the quality of data across our key databases and develop strategies to improve it.
- You’ll develop new features and complex workflow rules to help our sales and growth teams automate processes optimising efficiency.
- You'll act as a subject matter expert in Salesforce to existing and new users, providing advice and training.

- You identify opportunities to improve data quality as well as workflows.
- You have experience and understanding of how to set up, enhance and integrate sales tools.
- You have great attention to detail and thrive in a fast paced environment where a degree of ambiguity is celebrated.
- You’re knowledgeable in a broad spectrum of products but you’re most interested in CRMs and sales / process automation solutions.
- You love to learn and want to expand your technical and soft skills.
Skills and abilities we’re looking for:
- Certified Salesforce.com administrator
- Computer related BSc/MSc is a plus.
- At least 2 years of commercial Salesforce administration experience.
- Strong knowledge of advanced Excel and SQL.
- Previous experience as part of Sales Operations / Marketing Operations team.
