About the job:
The Project Manager will be responsible for the planning and execution of assigned projects. You will create project plans and budgets, maintain project documentation, created detailed reports, and monitor the project performance--identifying risks and executing corrective actions. You will also work closely with the client on a daily basis to ensure project progress and maintain constant communication.
The Project Manager reports to the Vice President Operations; he or she oversees the following duties as designated by functional area. 

Requirements:
  • Experience managing client and company projects 
  • Experience in Oil & Gas field
  • Spanish language proficiency 

What you need to bring to the table:
  • Track and manage project activities like: Schedule Management, Cost Management, Risk & Issues Management, Meeting Management, and Change Management
  • Work with Business team on pre-sales activities and getting the scope finalized as required
  • Promote WebCreek to Business leads/Account Management leads when required
  • Develop and maintain best practices of project management 
  • Support project reporting activities
  • Manage assigned customer projects
  • Meet or exceed approved budgets by providing reliable financial forecasts to Management and updating management on project progress
  • Identify and develop new opportunities with customers by supporting early qualification and opportunity assessment
  • Mentor others and assist them with their professional development
  • Serve as the face of WebCreek for the customers
  • Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and preparing / completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems
  • Meet financial objectives by analyzing and tracking scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions
  • Manage client delivery relationships and resolve conflicts
