Account Manager

The Account Manager at WebCreek is responsible for setting and achieving high standards for the Sales teams. This person represents WebCreek, maintains client relationships and represents WebCreek in the best possible light at all times. This role reports to the Sales Director and has the following functions:

Pre-sales activities

  • Create contact lists for new clients 
  • Attend and lead new client sales meetings including preparing presentations and materials
  • Implement Customer Relationship Management strategy
  • Assist in the development of a company-wide commercial strategy
  • Stay up to date on all company products
  • Attend events and off-site sales conferences for the purpose of making contacts
  • Attend regular sales meetings with clients, including follow up
  • Make internal presentations to management on sales team progress
  • Create sales proposals contracts, payment agreements

Post-sales activities

  • Maintain client relationships, including answering all inquiries by phone, email, etc. 
  • Follow-up on client projects and keep up to date on advances. Develop proactive communication strategy with project leads to help keep client satisfied
  • Make monthly visits or calls to perform a Customer Satisfaction Survey to verify project satisfaction
  • Prepare invoices and billings to client
  • Offer new products and services that may be relevant to the client


  • Good communication skills, including the ability to maintain a friendly demeanor in possibly difficult circumstances
  • Impeccable writing skills
  • Knowledge of PR and relevant application
