Candidate Manager

Move is on the lookout for a Candidate Manager to join the team. We need someone switched-on with equal measures of passion; ambition and bags of EQ. We're a growing talent acquisition company with an innovative business model, partnering with a range of digital businesses from start-ups to established global agencies. We work very closely with these clients, working both onsite with them as well as in our own offices. As you develop, you'll get exposure to London's digital thought leaders in their own habitat. Your day-to-day will be researching and speaking to digital practitioners, pre-screening and interviewing them, helping them find their next job.

We're looking for someone with recruitment expertise (ideal but not essential), as well as an interest in the digital industry and exceptional customer service skills. You'll need to be inquisitive, both in relation to the candidates you speak to and the client vacancies that you represent. Organisational skills are very important but on top of that, if you can synthesise and convey information clearly both verbally and in written form, you'll do well.
