We're a growing London based Talent Acquisition startup changing the staid old world of recruitment one day at a time. As a Social Media Executive at Move, you'll need to:
- Manage all social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google+ and Instagram
- Plan content and delivery and use Buffer to manage multiple social media channels
- Create engaging multimedia content
- Research and form key relationships with influencers in our space.
- Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
- Monitor and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics
- Educate other staff on the use of social media and promote its use within our growing team
Experience/skills
- Editing and writing skills: you need to devise and edit content for various digital platforms
- Ideally, you’ll know your way around photoshop, be comfortable creating images with text overlays for social assets. Any other design skills a huge bonus but skills we are happy to let run free!
- An interest in photography and the eye to take a decent pic (phone or camera, we’re not fussy).
- You’ll be a social media fanatic and will be able to blow our luddite minds with the next big trend in social. Your passion for the space should be evident in your own social channels.
- Ideally, you’ll have some familiarity with marketing tools such as MailChimp, Google Analytics and knowledge of SEO research skills
