Reporting Specialist

Responsibilities :


  • Statistical, economical and performance evaluation
  • Create and/or develop statistical and analytical reports to monitor the ongoing activities
  • Maintaining and creating databases for Data Analysis

Technical Skills :

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MA Access, SQLAdvanced knowledge of Gsuite (Sheet, Doc, Slides, Calendar, Hang Out etc.)Other programming languages such as VBA, Script for Macros in G.Sheets etc.Other technical tools for Financial Analysis
Qualifications :

  • Previous experience as analyst in contact centers or consulting companies (preferably 1+ year)Ability to work well under pressureAbility to work independently and support other group membersExcellent Time ManagementExcellent Comunication Skills
