Solutions Engineer

What you will do:
  • Work with the Sales team and provide technical expertise to help close business deals and meet sales targets
  • Demonstrate Mode technology to prospective customers
  • Provide technical assistance in customer Proof of Concept development
  • Develop statements of work (SOW) documentation for customer product evaluations and pilot projects
  • Make technical contributions to RFP efforts 
  • Train new customers and assist with preparation of product rollouts
  • Identify and articulate use cases for new product concepts
  • Ensure successful partner integrations by working closely with the Engineering and Sales team
 
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical fields
  • 5+ years customer facing experience as a Solutions Engineer, Systems Engineer, or Technical Sales Consultant in the networking space selling to Enterprises
  • 2+ years experience selling WAN technologies (MPLS, SD-WAN)
  • Good understanding of WAN and routing protocols such as BGP, MPLS, and/or OSPF
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including Powerpoint
