What you will do:
- Work with the Sales team and provide technical expertise to help close business deals and meet sales targets
- Demonstrate Mode technology to prospective customers
- Provide technical assistance in customer Proof of Concept development
- Develop statements of work (SOW) documentation for customer product evaluations and pilot projects
- Make technical contributions to RFP efforts
- Train new customers and assist with preparation of product rollouts
- Identify and articulate use cases for new product concepts
- Ensure successful partner integrations by working closely with the Engineering and Sales team
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical fields
- 5+ years customer facing experience as a Solutions Engineer, Systems Engineer, or Technical Sales Consultant in the networking space selling to Enterprises
- 2+ years experience selling WAN technologies (MPLS, SD-WAN)
- Good understanding of WAN and routing protocols such as BGP, MPLS, and/or OSPF
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including Powerpoint
