Project Manager / Leader - RPA Blue Prism

Job Description
Walklett Group is seeking Project Managers / Leaders to join our team to support our client engagements in designing and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using the Blue Prism platform. Possessing business analyst / solution architect skills, these individuals will work with our clients to do process selection, process analysis, process design, process assessments, business case development, and support the development / implementation team.

 Responsibilities
  1. Engage client stakeholders to identify automation opportunities that specifically focuses on the organizations key business objectives
  2. Hold working session with client’s key stakeholders to educate them on what RPA is and how it can impact their business
  3. Use process assessment tools and workshops to analyze business processes and make recommendation on how to prioritize processes to be automated
  4. With stakeholder input and identified opportunities, develop RPA roadmaps with clear initiative prioritization and execution plans
  5. Work with process subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand key process requirements and document the current state by leveraging existing documentation, conducting interviews and observations
  6. Support the creation of process maps and Process Design Documents (PDDs) to hand off to RPA developer team for automation of processes, and support the development team as needed to ensure successful deployment
  7. Ensure quality and timely delivery of project by working closely with the development team project leader

 Education / Certifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree required; master's degree preferred
  2. Blue Prism certifications required
 
Skills Required
  1. Project Management
  2. 4+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role
  3. Profound understanding of RPA Deployment Methodology and opportunity identification / process optimization is required
  4. Experience in a large transformational engagement preferred
  5. Start-up experience preferred, with the ability to operate in a fluid and dynamic environment
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  7. Strong presentation content and delivery skills
  8. Design-thinking, lean and six-sigma experience a plus
  9. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  10. Results-oriented with strategic-thinking and a sense of urgency and passion
  11. Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas
  12. Strong interpersonal skills: proven experience building strong internal and external relationships
  13. Strong experience with Microsoft product suite including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project
