Support Engineer

As a Support Engineer at Voxel51, you will be the face of Voxel51’s products. We aim to make products that allow our customers to focus on what they do best. Our Support Engineers engage with customers so they can use our products with ease. Technical teams at Voxel51 are agile and collaborate across disciplines to deliver valuable products to our customers.

A day in the life...
  • Create positive interactions and relationships with customers
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues
  • Translate between internal developers and external stakeholders 
  • Record and track issues and provide recommendations for product improvement
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, or in-person
 
Thumbs Up if you have: 
  • Knowledge of common operating system platforms
  • Knowledge of common mobile device platforms
  • B.S. degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience
  • Proficiency in web development tools like HTML, CSS, Javascript

2 Thumbs Up if you have: 
  • 2+ years experience working directly with customers
  • IT support or help desk background
  • Fluency in object-oriented programming languages such as Objective-C or Java
