As a Customer Success Manager at Voxel51, you will partner with our customers to ensure a successful engagement with Voxel51. We aim to create seamless customer experiences. Our Customer Success Managers facilitate customer onboarding, project management and success, support, and retention.
A day in the life...
- Develop relationships and interface directly with customer and greater project team
- Understand and manage contractual requirements
- Partner with sales team and technical project team members
- Identify new opportunities for customer engagement and to add value
- Manage project timelines, execution plans, meetings, reports, and deliverables

- 2+ years experience working directly with customers
- B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent practical experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
