Customer Success Manager

As a Customer Success Manager at Voxel51, you will partner with our customers to ensure a successful engagement with Voxel51. We aim to create seamless customer experiences. Our Customer Success Managers facilitate customer onboarding, project management and success, support, and retention.

A day in the life...
  • Develop relationships and interface directly with customer and greater project team
  • Understand and manage contractual requirements 
  • Partner with sales team and technical project team members 
  • Identify new opportunities for customer engagement and to add value
  • Manage project timelines, execution plans, meetings, reports, and deliverables
 
Thumbs Up if you have: 
  • 2+ years experience working directly with customers
  • B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

2 Thumbs Up if you have: 
  • Interest in and/or familiarity with AI technology and its impact on business 
  • Expertise in the automotive industry, public safety, or security
