Parts Department Associate

The Parts Associate will be responsible for assisting with a profitable and successful branch parts department. This position will be responsible for completing parts counter sale transactions for customers, phone transactions, and internet transactions. Other tasks will include parts inventory, stocking parts, ordering equipment parts from numerous different manufacturers, and shipping and receiving parts to other stores and customers. Candidate will also be responsible to assist customers with minor research/troubleshooting when it comes to searching and locating the proper parts. Will also be answering phones, data entry, and assisting the branch manager with other tasks.

To be considered for this exceptional career opportunity, you must have at least the following:

  • Experience dealing with or selling construction equipment parts or service work
  • Management experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Computer skills preferred.
  • Experience with shipping and receiving is a plus

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in dealing with or selling construction equipment parts or service work. Must have excellent customer service skills. Prefer individual with experience in equipment heavy equipment parts or related field. Computer skills required and ability to work with multiple parts ordering systems. Shipping/receiving experience preferred. Professional etiquette required.
