A successful candidate for this role understands the digital advertising landscape and aspires to have a career in ad tech. This individual works well in a fast paced environment, has strong communication and problem solving skills, and is curious to learn. They will assist customers on day-to-day DSP support and be responsible for the resolution of client technical problems. The ideal candidate will be the front line that gets to know our customers best, helping them succeed and grow with Vistar Media. They will be an integral part of the Partner Success team, working closely with Partner & Product managers to increase customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first line of support for customer inquiries, problems, and requests
- Troubleshoot technical issues that may require product and engineering resources through to resolution
- Understand key customers’ use cases to provide efficient, reliable resolution of critical and high impact customer problems
- Work with Partner Success & Product teams satisfy customer requirements and help improve our product
- Identify documentation gaps to assist with the creation and maintenance of our knowledge-base and community
- Serve as the subject matter expert for the Vistar Media DSP, providing technical guidance for both new and existing clients

- Familiarity with programmatic technology.
- Relevant online advertising experience (i.e at a seller/buyer/adtech in operations, analytics, or consultative sales), or equivalent experience, a plus.
- Understanding of ad operations, trafficking and analytics
- Knowledge of Javascript, JSON, HTML, Python, and/or SQL
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-2 years experience in account management, sales, marketing or advertising positions.
- Outstanding computer skills including spreadsheets (i.e Excel), presentation software (i.e Powerpoint), and CRM systems (Salesforce.com)
- Understanding of online advertising dynamics and campaign planning & buying (specifically as relates to Real Time Bidding)
- Understand industry trends, technologies and pricing models.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task across multiple projects and stakeholders
- Outstanding technical communication, both written and verbal
- Curious to learn, be a team player, and go above and beyond when needed
