Account Manager - Publisher Solutions (ANZ)

We are expanding our ANZ presence with individuals focused on managing and growing the supply side of our business. Vistar’s Publisher Solutions team is charged with selling, delivering, and supporting Vistar’s supply-side technology and services. The team is also the newest and fastest growing team at Vistar! As a Publisher Account Manager, you will be focused on developing, optimizing, and growing Vistar’s out-of-home specific publisher relationships in Australia and abroad.

Responsibilities
  • Build and grow deep, strategic partnerships with new and existing publisher partners using Vistar's ad technology and monetization services
  • Strengthen relationships with key publisher stakeholders to unlock revenue opportunities across multiple facets of publisher's business
  • Handle media owner relationships through life cycle -- pre sales, on-boarding, continuing account management, and growth
  • Apply research and market analysis to proactively understand business and commercial strategy for Vistar's strategic publisher customers
  • Achieve defined revenue goals through the expansion of Vistar's exchange, ad server, data and measurement products by uncovering and solving publisher business needs
  • Leverage cross functional Vistar resources, including product stakeholders, to maintain a comprehensive understanding of Vistar's portfolio
  • Evaluate and influence product roadmap based on customer and revenue objectives
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve Vistar’s products based on market needs and feedback
  • Grow Vistar SAAS revenue through training and upselling of Vistar’s products
  • Maximize publisher success and revenue through training and support
  • Become an expert in Vistar’s technology and services

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience and understanding of digital out-of-home fundamentals; experience supporting SaaS products for enterprise clients 
  • Understanding of Ad-Tech with an emphasis on exchanges, DSPs, SSPs, ad serving
  • Highly skilled in problem solving
  • Self-starter with a team player attitude
  • Detail oriented (you will be responsible for a high volume of accounts)
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Positive attitude and passionate about your work
  • Bachelor's degree
