- A minimum of 5 years’ industry experience with several titles managed in a UA Role.
- Proven track record of successful user acquisition and campaign management in games
- Strong F2P games experience, several products launched and scaled up
- Strong experience with major UA channels, best practices and tactics
- Proactive and creative
- Strong analytical skills / Data driven
- Experience in utilizing attribution and game performance analytics
- Interest in racing or motor sports
- 3+ years managing performance marketing for a mobile game dev or mobile agency
- 3+ years experience running analysis delivering qualified users while maintaining ROI and budget
- Manage, plan and execute Virtually Live’s user acquisition campaigns across multiple channels
- Deliver product marketing analysis and make asset recommendations to optimize performance through rapid, data-driven iteration and A/B testing
- Provide strategic insight into marketing asset creation, UA budgeting and targeting
- Utilize industry best practices, trends and strategies
- Continuously analyze campaign performance and optimize actions
- Monitor key trends in gaming across product features, marketing channels and ASO strategies, then apply them
