The role requires a focus on delivering value to users through marketing channels and digital experience. You’ll leverage our DataOps + MarketingOps stack to analyze the customer journey and build multi-channel campaigns that deliver performance across the stages of acquisition, lifecycle, and abandonment.

Your responsibilities will be: 
  • Collaborate with the executive team to realize the company’s vision and mission
  • Build, test, and deploy digital marketing experiences and campaigns to optimize conversions
  • Perform daily analysis on the ongoing acquisition, lifecycle, and abandonment campaigns to adjust spend and performance
  • Document and provide transparency into current marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Stakeholders, and Creatives to build and optimize campaigns and customer experiences
  • Be a key stakeholder on greenfield projects that require marketing technology support and engagement
  • Work with SystemsOps/EngineeringOps to deploy MarTech solutions across the stack
  • Ensure all marketing procedures comply with legal regulations and practices

Your Qualifications: 
  • 3+ years of demonstrable success in digital marketing roles
  • Data-driven, meticulous, and detail-oriented, with a thorough understanding of key growth metrics and statistics
  • Experience with Enterprise Customer Data Infrastructure 
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or other analytics tools
  • Experience with Customer Journey Marketing and Data-Driven Experiences
  • Experience in an ambitious environment
  • Great judgment – deals effectively with paradox; exhibits good instincts, while willing to make tough calls, with some degree of adaptability
  • Be detail-oriented and keep accurate records, interpret and organize information effectively
  • Track record of using metrics and analytics to make data-informed decisions
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Be able to clearly articulate our purpose, mission, vision, and goals, and ready to motivate others to achieve those goals and be enthusiastically accepted as a marketing leader.
  • Strong work ethic and initiative with a very positive attitude
  • Sense of humor, ability to adapt to change, no-job-too-small attitude

In The First Week You Will: 
  • Welcome aboard! You’ll start onboarding.

  • Review product, data, and marketing documentation

In The First Month You Will: 
  • Begin documenting and enhancing the customer journey, identifying touch-points and opportunities for engagement
  • Start meeting with project managers to enrich the marketing backlog with greenfield initiatives
  • Begin data analysis of the customer journey and review Voice of the Customer logs

In The First Three Months, You Will Have: 
  • Identified pitfalls in the performance of existing campaigns by leveraging data-analysis
  • Create observations and hypotheses over improvements, test and implement improvements
  • Start implementing key campaigns to increase the performance of the customer journey   

In The First Six Months, You Will Have:
  • Worked with the team to develop a comprehensive marketing and customer engagement plan overall touch-points of the customer journey
  • Developed reporting dashboards for analyzing performance and customer experiences over time
  • Made engagements to our tracking specifications to build new data-driven points of engagement

In The First Year, You Will Have: 
  • Developed and implemented a comprehensive marketing plan across all digital channels
  • Acquired clear insights into the performance of components, campaigns, and user experiences
  • Made enhancements to user experiences, components, landing pages, and external digital experiences 
  • Worked with the rest of the MarketingOps, CreativeOps, and ProductOps Teams to ensure the successful launch and engagement of new applications, products, and experiences
