The RateMDs team is looking for a Search & Social Advertising Manager with a proven track record for driving on-page conversions using SEM (Google, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, etc), and successfully communicating results to clients. 
The role will set-up, manage and optimize ad campaigns to drive value for RateMD’s promoted providers across multiple platforms (AdWords, AdCentre, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) and enable account executives with the data and reporting required to communicate results back to their clients. 
Responsibilities of the Search & Social Advertising Strategist include:
●        Manage and maintain daily/monthly PPC spends for multiple clients to ensure each campaign meets their respective conversion targets
●        Capture, report on and visualize key performance indicators for internal and external stakeholders
●        Identify automation opportunities throughout the Customer Success process
●        Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
●        Work with product and development to ensure there is technical capability to deliver, capture and ensure the success of key aspects - such as landing pages, tracking codes and integration of analytics
●        Contribute to the development and execution of onboarding and results delivery processes
●        Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization of both short and long-tail keywords
●        Research and analyze competitor advertising tactics
●        Proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns across Google, Facebook and Bing
●        Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
●        Experience with bid management tools (e.g., Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite)
●        Experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics)
●        Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports
●        Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments
●        Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
●        Post-secondary degree in Marketing or a quantitative, test-driven field
●        Minimum 2+ years PPC campaign management and SEM strategy experience
●        Bachelor degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent from an accredited college or university
●        Demonstrate ability to manage monthly ad spend
●        Google AdWords certified
●        Proven experience using tools like AdWords Editor, Google Analytics, Advanced Excel with Pivot Tables
●        Ability to operate under pressure and meet or exceed deadlines
●        Excellent project management skills
●        Attention to detail and accuracy
●        Customer service orientation
●        Positive attitude and a strong desire to achieve
